Our ISO 9001 system has set the bar for quality in the local packaging sector. Our full-fledged Quality Assurance lab ensures that quality standards are met at every stage of production: from raw material through printing to the final product.

The lab is equipped with sophisticated machines for testing various product attributes like GSM, bursting, piercing, and compression strength.

Fully Automated Manufacturing Process

Advanced computer systems fully control the entire manufacturing process, which is a procedure that starts from the moment we receive a purchase order to its final stage.

All input data concerning a particular job – time scheduling, financial estimates, and design specifications and calculations – are fed into the central database. This information guarantees that errors are minimal, and the job order status is continuously monitored online.

BHS Corrugated

  • The 2.5 m BHS fully-automated board plant features an Auto Splicer which helps plan a job without stopping for the order/quality change
  • The control assists and Automatic Order change
  • The double stacker/cutter, supported by a fully-automated conveyor for sheet delivery, helps to facilitate satisfying two different client orders simultaneously

EMBA Printer Folder Gluer

We installed 3 EMBA printers that ensure high-quality printing.

The machine features a  “Fast Order Change,” which enables us to turn around orders quickly and efficiently, and the man-machine-interface {MMI} computer system is self tutoring.

BOBST Die-cutter with G Break

We now boast a total of 3  BOBST SPO 160 vision flat-bed die-cutters that allow us to satisfy the demand for die-cut wraparounds trays for the automatic packaging line.

A unique facility in the Region, the advanced BOBST flat die-cutter with ‘G’ break ensures quality and timely delivery and a vacuum transport system that maintains the strength of the board (FCT value) and close print register.

Ink Dispensing System

We installed an Inovex Aquablend water-based dispenser for in blending, supported by most modern technology and world-class IPM software. This helps us cater to the growing demand to match the primary packing color for the outer carton. The machine manages the ink consumption with ready-to-use viscosity, re-use or press return inks, and an optimum quantity of ink mixing, especially for sample shade approval and faster turnaround times.
